Pastor Josh Osteen began his term as pastor of First Baptist Church of Pennington Gap in September, 2008.  For the previous two years, he served as Assistant Pastor at First Baptist Church of Edgewood, New Mexico.  Josh earned his undergraduate degree at Pensacola Christian College.  His post-graduate degrees, Master of  Divinity and Master of Arts in Biblical Exposition, were earned at Pensacola Thelogical Seminary.

Josh has been married to wife, Joanna, for ten years.  They have three sons, Colin, Carter and Caleb.

Pastor Josh Osteen and the congregation of First Baptist Church of Pennington would like to welcome John and Maegan Raeside to our church family. John graduated from Pensacola Christian College with a bachelor's degree in music ministry in 2010. He then continued his education and received a master's degree in church music from Pensacola Theological seminary in 2011. John will be assisting the church in many areas of ministry including music and children's work. Maegan has received a degree in music education and will begin children and youth choirs and play the piano for the worship services.  John and Maegan have been married for three years.
